Der neue Quartierplan vom Ziegelhof Areal ist aktuell bis zum 23. Oktober 2020 bei der Stadt Liestal \u00f6ffentlich aufgelegt. Die Basellandschaftliche Zeitung berichtet in diesem Artikel \u00fcber den Quartierplan.<\/p>\n

Der damals g\u00fcltige und an der Urne mit grossem Mehr abgesegnete Quartierplan war Makulatur geworden, nachdem Ankermieter Coop, der hier ein grosses Einkaufscenter betreiben wollte, abgesprungen war. Also erarbeitete Coopera zusammen mit der Basler Firma Denkstatt, die auch f\u00fcr die Zwischennutzung verantwortlich zeichnet, einen neuen Quartierplan mit f\u00fcrs Baselbiet pionierhaftem Ansatz: Nebst Gewerbe und Kultur soll es hier Platz f\u00fcr autofreies Wohnen haben.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
